Dick and Lorraine Vitale’s premiere fundraising event that annually raises money for the V Foundation in honor of Dick’s good friend, the late Jim Valvano. Net proceeds from the Dick Vitale Gala will go to fund pediatric cancer research (primarily right here in Florida). Event held at the beautiful Ritz Carlton in Sarasota, FL. Alexandra "Lexi" Brown was a wonderful, caring & beautiful 10 year-old little girl whose life was tragically taken January 2013. Lexi would of been 11 years old on April 4, 2013...in honor of Lexi, The Broken Egg is throwing her a birthday party! In addition, Lexi loved to volunteer at Nate's Honor Animal Rescue...it was like a second home to her so again, in honor of Lexi and her love for animals, The Broken Egg proudly supports Nate's new program Lexi's Paw Pals and is looking forward to donating 10% of our sales for the entire day...Lexi would be so proud!
